Founded in 1989, MahlerClean has steadily grown throughout the years and today is owned and operated by Patrick Sullivan and Adam Brauhn, two long-term senior executives. The two now serve as President and Vice President and lead more than 850 skilled service representatives in maintaining 12 million square feet of office, industrial and educational, medical and institutional space each day. As the business has grown, the company has expanded service throughout Southeast Wisconsin with offices in Brookfield, Madison, Racine, and Sheboygan. 

The MahlerClean team has the experience and expertise to deliver a consistent level of service so that our clients may focus on their core businesses. When our high standards align with our clients' expectations, we are confident in our abilities to provide your clean start each day.

    With over 20 years of experience with MahlerClean, as President and Owner, Pat establishes short and long term goals, presides over the workforce, manages budgets, ensures the proper allocation of resources, and ensures all departments meet their objectives.

    As Vice President and Owner of MahlerClean, Adam brings over 25 years of business development experience managing sales, building strong customer relationships, and helping to achieve the company's financial goals.

    Kelly is responsible for promoting quality of service and customer satisfaction, directs quality control processes for internal and external applications, and provides leadership for direct reports to ensure compliance with company standards.

    CONTROLLER

    Kirsten manages all aspects of the company's financial and accounting activity and initiatives which include assisting with the preparation of the operating budgets, overseeing financial reporting, insurance, tax reporting, and outside CPA audits.

    Julie is responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of Human Resources programs including policy and procedure administration, talent acquisition and management, benefits, and strategic planning.
