Through a culture of proactive service and a positive attitude, our MahlerClean team maintains the highest customer service standards in the industry. All employees attend a classroom training session and receive on-the-job training. Periodic checks by our educators and managers help evaluate training and provide enhancements as needed. In an industry accustomed to very high turnover rates, ours is less than half the industry’s average. For several years, we’ve been nominated as a Journal Sentinel Top Work Place by our employees, which gives us a competitive edge in recruiting new team members.
Open Communication
We recognize effective and transparent communication builds relationships and results. In addition to in-person site audits, our management team uses smart phone technology to allow efficient communication. Virtual or onsite communication portals serve as a place for both parties to leave productive messages. A live answering service, during non-business hours, offers 24-hour client and employee access.
