Pat Sullivan

As President of MahlerClean, Pat has created a workplace culture that has led to MahlerClean being recognized as a Top Workplace in Southeast Wisconsin for several years running according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. Pat attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in Human Resources Management. He began his career with MahlerClean in 1999, working in the Human Resources Department, and became the President of MahlerClean in 2012. During his career, the commercial cleaning company has experienced tremendous growth both locally in southeast Wisconsin, as well as regionally throughout the state of Wisconsin. It now has operations in multiple states and employs more than 850 individuals.

Pat is an active member in the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI), the business resource for contractors. This association provides contractor-specific educational programs, certifications, publications, seminars, industry data and research, and networking opportunities that allow MahlerClean to continuously learn and share best practices. In 2012, Pat earned his Certified Building Service Executive (CBSE) designation from BSCAI, the most prestigious symbol of excellence in the building service contracting industry. He has also served on the Board of Directors of the BSCAI. 

Pat is happily married to his wife Kara and has two children, both of whom participate in youth sports. When not coaching or being a spectator at his children’s sporting events, Pat enjoys spending time on the golf course.
