We expect our work to speak for itself, and we maintain an active Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) to ensure that it does. Our plan includes:
- Daytime tours (scheduled or unscheduled) by our District Managers who use industry leading inspection software to provide measurable reporting on our performance.
- Unscheduled inspection by members of our management team to observe crews and inspect their work habits.
- “Fresh Eyes” visits by members of our senior management team who may not routinely visit your facility.
- Housekeeping committees for larger facilities, to make sure all parties have similar expectations, and these are being met consistently.
- Semi-annual, web-based client satisfaction surveys.
