Commitment to Safety and Security

We take your facility’s security seriously and are committed to ethical and legal hiring practices, beginning with our pre-employment screening process. It includes a review of criminal records history, previous employment verifications, and Everify employment eligibility. We work with many clients that require more extensive screening requirements, and we are able to customize and adapt to these procedures accordingly.

All service representatives are required to wear a MahlerClean uniform and carry a company issued photo ID badge. They are trained to follow our clients' building security procedures, including setting security systems, turning off lights, and properly securing the facility at the conclusion of service.

Keeping our employees safe and minimizing opportunities for lost time as a result of workplace injuries is important in delivering consistent service. We educate and invest in training our service team on product and equipment safety, use of PPE in the delivery of our services, as well as other hazards. We comply with all required worksite safety requirements, including onsite copies of all Safety Data Sheets at each facility.

Accidents may occasionally occur during our delivery of service, but rest assured that all of our representatives are properly insured against breakage, damage, and missing property. Proof of coverage will be provided at the start of service.

We expect our work to speak for itself, and we maintain an active Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) to ensure that it does. Our plan includes:

  • Daytime tours (scheduled or unscheduled) by our District Managers who use industry leading inspection software to provide measurable reporting on our performance.
  • Unscheduled inspection by members of our management team to observe crews and inspect their work habits.
  • “Fresh Eyes” visits by members of our senior management team who may not routinely visit your facility.
  • Housekeeping committees for larger facilities, to make sure all parties have similar expectations, and these are being met consistently.
  • Semi-annual, web-based client satisfaction surveys.
